Base ingredients:
- 450 g thick pasta;
- 80 g tomato paste;
- 500 g of any minced meat;
- 120 g carrots;
- 130 g onions;
- 60 ml of refined oil;
- salt to taste.
Ingredients for pouring:
- 5 large chicken eggs;
- 120 g of hard cheese (any);
- 1 tbsp. fresh milk;
- salt and ground peppers to taste.
Preparation:
- Boil pasta in boiling water with vegetable oil until half cooked, discard them in a colander and rinse under running water.
- We wash and clean the vegetables, chop the onion in large pieces, grate the carrots with the largest holes.
- Mix the minced meat with spices, tomato paste and prepared vegetables.
- Put half of the pasta in an even layer in a fireproof mold.

- Cover the mass with the remaining pasta.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta;
- 300-400 g of minced chicken;
- 1 large onion;
- 2 medium young zucchini;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 400 ml fresh milk;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- young herbs, seasonings and spices to taste;
- 1 clove of garlic - optional.
Preparation:
We rub the zucchini thoroughly washed and dried with a towel on a coarse grater, mix with dry pasta
- Chop the onion into large cubes. We send to the previous components.
- Finely chop a generous portion of clean young greens. You can take dill and basil, or use one or the other.
- We send aromatic herbs and minced meat to the common dish. Here are three 50 g of hard cheese on the smallest grater. Gently mix the whole mass with a spatula so as not to break the pasta.

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat;
- 1.5 liters of drinking water;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 500 g of any pasta;
- 1 large onion;
- 150 g of hard cheese of any quality;
- 2-3 st. l. refined oil;
- 3 tbsp. l. homemade adjika;
- 3 tbsp. l. tomato puree;
- 50 g butter;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream 20%;
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise "Provencal";
- seasonings and spices - to taste and desire.
Preparation:
- We clean the onion, chop it into large cubes. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- We send minced meat to the onion, mix thoroughly. As soon as the mass changes color, add half a cup of boiling water to make the filling juicier and cover the mass with a lid. Reduce heat to medium, simmer until minced meat is ready.
In a saucepan suitable for the volume, boil water, add salt, pour the pasta from the pack. Stir, cook for 7 minutes until al dente
Add tomato puree and adjika to the minced meat, mix. Let's put out a few minutes
- In the meantime, we discard the pasta in a colander, rinse it. We send the dried products into a saucepan with a piece of butter and mix so that each feather or shell is saturated. It is important that they keep their shape in the casserole.
- Season the prepared minced meat with coriander, ground pepper, salt or dried basil and slightly crush it with a special device for mashed potatoes so that the minced meat is saturated with broth and spices.
- Beat sour cream and eggs with a whisk or fork until smooth. The sauce can be seasoned with salt and herbs.
- Lubricate a refractory container with butter, put half of the finished pasta on the bottom.
- We send all the minced meat from above.
Add the rest of the pasta on a flat base
- Fill the mold with the base with the prepared lion.
- Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with mayonnaise. Spread the resulting mass in an even layer on the casserole. Cover with foil.
- We preheat the oven to 200 degrees, send the workpiece and keep it until golden brown.
- After taking the dish out of the oven, leave it under the foil for 20 minutes, then cut it into portions for serving. You can complement the treat with pickled vegetables.
Greek pasta casserole with minced meat

- As soon as the product has changed color, add here mashed tomatoes and finely chopped herbs, sugar and salt to taste.
- We fill the mass with ground pepper and wine, mix, let it simmer over medium heat without a lid. It is important that you end up with a thick mass with a small amount of liquid.
- We boil water in a saucepan, add a little salt here and send pasta to the liquid. Long tubular spaghetti is best, but you can use any.
- We boil them for 5 minutes and discard them in a colander. As soon as the pasta has cooled, we send slightly whipped protein and 2 tbsp. l. grated cheese, mix.
- Let the minced meat cool, mix it with the rest of the proteins.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sifted flour to it and stir quickly, heat until smooth.

- Put the remnants of the grated cheese into the béchamel, stir again to melt the product.
