They heard the star in the Kremlin. Press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the head of state "is ready to discuss any issues that will be of interest to Elton John if their work schedules overlap."
However, Putin is too busy right now. “He (John) and I corresponded a couple of weeks ago, because, as you know, there really was an agreement that if the schedule allowed, this meeting would take place, President Putin expressed his readiness to do so. At the same time, unfortunately, this time it will not work … That is, the schedules do not match. But this does not mean that such a meeting will not be able to take place next time,”Peskov told the press today.
