• 36 hours a week - 7.2 hours a day;
• 24 hours a week - 4, 8 hours a day.

It is forbidden to work on non-working holidays, unless there is a compelling production reason. You should follow the rules for transferring the weekend if it coincides with a non-working day. On the day before the holiday, the working time is reduced by 1 hour.

The difference between the production calendar for a 5- and 6-day work week

Despite the fact that the production calendar is compiled on the basis of a 5-day work week, many enterprises work 6 days. But all employers are obliged to observe the balance of working hours, regardless of the form of ownership.

Overtime hours, work on weekends and holidays must be justified, accounted for, formalized by the company's internal regulatory documents, taking into account labor legislation.
