Part 1. Lips

Our lips are constantly working - when we eat, articulate, smile, laugh, sad or angry. But very often they are simply in constant static microstress, which leads to thinning, to lowered corners, ugly frozen grimaces.

If your lips are naturally small, you should train several times a day to achieve the volume you desire.

1. Warm up

Starting position: pull your lips inward.

Rub the lower lip against the upper one, moving the lower jaw to the right and left, then "pat" them, bite. Do 10-15 repetitions.

Starting position: Pull in your lips and gently close your mouth.

Try opening your mouth abruptly and making a popping sound (open your mouth with compression). Repeat 10 times.

2. Exercise with your finger

Starting position: put your finger in your mouth. Close your lips and push them forward.

Now squeeze your finger with the inner surface of your lips. To enhance the effect, gently pin the lips with your fingers.

Do 30-50 reps.
