Vinaigrette is a delicious and satisfying salad, especially when prepared with sauerkraut and peas. But we want to offer you a classic recipe with a spicy dressing, thanks to which the dish acquires a special taste.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 potato tubers;
- 200 g beans;
- 2 beets;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 onion;
- 0.5 cups green peas;
- green onions, parsley.
For refueling:
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar;
- 1 tbsp. l. honey;
- 0.5 tsp hot mustard;
- 2-3 st. vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade for onions:
- 1 glass of water;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
Preparation:
Chop the onion into small cubes, pour into a bowl, pour in chilled boiled water and vinegar, add sugar, stir and set aside for now
In a deep bowl we send sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, diced cucumbers, carrots, beans
Next, add the beets, which we also cut into cubes, green peas, as well as finely chopped onions and parsley
For refueling, pour salt, pepper into a bowl, put mustard and honey, pour in vinegar and oil. Stir everything thoroughly so that honey and all loose ingredients are completely dissolved
Add pickled onions to a bowl of vegetables, pour in the dressing and mix everything well
The main ingredient in the salad is beets. The root crop should be firm and dents free. It can be boiled or baked in the oven.
Vinaigrette with beans
A classic vinaigrette can be made with green peas, but some housewives prefer to make such a dish with sauerkraut and beans. The salad turns out to be just as tasty, but more satisfying. For the recipe, beans can be used both boiled and canned.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of beets;
- 2 carrots;
- 3 pickled cucumbers;
- 200 g beans;
- 250 g sauerkraut;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- greens;
- 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- a pinch of black pepper.
Preparation:
Put sauerkraut in a deep bowl and add canned beans. If the beans are used fresh, then they must first be soaked in cold water, and then boiled until tender
Now we take vegetables already boiled in salted water and continue to prepare the salad. Cut the carrots into small cubes, put them in a bowl with cabbage and beans
Chop pickled cucumbers with the same cubes, pour into a bowl. We cut the potatoes into cubes, also send them to the rest of the ingredients
Then add the beets, which we grind like other ingredients. Finely chop the onions, as well as parsley, dill and onions, pour into a bowl
Sprinkle in a little black pepper, pour over with vegetable oil, you can homemade aromatic, mix. Cover the salad with foil and send it to a cool place for 15-20 minutes
