For refueling:

  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 0.5 tsp hot mustard;

  • 1 glass of water;
  • 1 tsp Sahara;
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar.
