The whole world - help the cats

True cat lovers have always been not indifferent not only to their own pets, but also to those animals that, by the will of fate, ended up on the street. Each of us tries to help them as best he can: who feeds at the entrance, who picks up, heals and adds. The volunteer movement to help homeless animals is growing in all large cities, but the efforts of volunteers and simply caring people are just a drop in the sea of accumulated problems. We believe that it is high time to resort to the most effective way to solve them - by the whole world!

This call has been successfully implemented for the second year at the international festival "Expocot" as part of the charity action "Find Yourself". Together with sponsorship from IAMS last year, we managed to collect 2500 kg of cat food from shelters. In addition, the volunteers brought their wards to the festival and everyone was able to choose a favorite, give a warm home and love to an animal with a difficult fate.

The action had a wide public response, and this year the festival management, with which the magazine "My friend koshka" has a long-standing partnership, decided not to stop there. Now literally everyone can help cats, without leaving home and even without material costs! It is enough just to go to the page of the action "Find yourself" on Facebook and "VKontakte", press the button "Like", and another 60 g of dry feed will be added to the fodder stock.

The more "likes" will be received, the more will be the volume of feed, which will be provided by the sponsor - the IAMS company. The upper threshold is 5000 kg, and if we all take part in the action, we will be able to feed more than 80 thousand cats

The results of the action will be announced on the last day of the EXPOCOT festival, October 7, and a specially created board of trustees will distribute food to the shelters. Information about this will be published on the website and in social networks.

The promotion starts on September 1, and we encourage all our readers to take part in it. After all, this is a unique opportunity for all of us to unite and by common efforts to help our beloved animals in trouble.

The organizers will encourage your initiative and, in gratitude, will provide you with an entrance ticket at a discounted price (150 instead of 250 rubles)
