Fans of the famous singer and actress Lyudmila Gurchenko are in pleasant anticipation. Next week, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the diva, the television series "Lyudmila Gurchenko" will be presented. The main role went to the famous actress Yulia Peresild.

The project was directed by Sergei Aldonin. The series is based on the memoirs of Lyudmila Markovna. “In the last year of Lucy’s life, I invited her to play Gertrude in my production of Hamlet, we began to analyze the role and managed to make friends,” Aldonin said. - At some point I confessed to her: "I want to make a film about you!" - to which Lucy replied: "It would be good." It turns out that I gave her a promise, which I am now fulfilling."

According to the plot, we are talking about a half-century of the artist's life - from birth in 1935 to the beginning of the 80s - then Lyudmila Markovna was at the peak of fame.

Especially for filming for Peresild, about 80 suits were ordered from Nadezhda Signienko, a cutter who at one time worked with Gurchenko herself. “At the first fitting, Nadezhda Genrikhovna looked at me, as it seemed to me, with a chill,” the actress told the “7 Days” edition. “But in the end we got along very well! She has amazing intuition. For example, I can explain to her on the phone what dress I want, and she will sew it even without trying it on."

According to costume designer Maria Juresko, copies of Gurchenko's outfits were made for the series, which are displayed in the museum or at exhibitions. “For example, her travel suit, in which she came to conquer the capital, is safe and sound. And the dress that Lyudmila Markovna wore to auditions for creative universities, unfortunately, has not survived."
