Hello dear readers! The "Beauty for a Million" project continues, the participants feel more and more confident every day. The renewal of our heroines, as we promised, goes in all directions. And Lina in her next diary will tell about her new unusual experience. We meet!

Hello, again I hasten to share with you the pleasant events that continue to happen in my life. While my rehabilitation after rhinoplasty is going on, the curators of the project prepared a pleasant surprise for me - visiting an EMS training in a cozy NewFit studio. Have you heard of this type of fitness before? I am. And for those who do not know, I will try to explain in my own words what it is.

EMS fitness is training in a special suit that gives impulses to certain parts of the body. Thanks to this, the muscles work more actively, but the loads do not exhaust and do not exhaust the body, unlike ordinary fitness.

I must say right away that I did not come to class to lose weight. In my case, it is more important to tighten the figure, pump up the buttocks and abs a little.

I've heard that one 20-minute EMS workout can replace at least 1.5-2 hours of regular fitness. I thought it was just another trick of marketers, but my opinion changed radically after going to the NewFit gym. Besides saving time, there are a few more advantages:

  • you don't need to take a bunch of things with you: you only need shoes for classes, and the costume itself is given out in the studio;
  • each exercise is shown by the trainer, monitors the technique, helps and corrects if something is wrong;
  • there are no large weights, which means there is no load on the spine and joints, this is also very cool.

In general, when I came to NewFit, by tradition, the first thing I paid attention to was the staff, because this is the face of the company. Here I was greeted very friendly and warmly. Introduced to coach Tatiana. She is a very pleasant and moderately strict girl, for a trainer this is a very important quality so that such "sports hack" like me do not chill out in training

Tatiana told in stages about how the workout will take place, how this type of fitness differs from the usual one, and answered all my questions in detail. After the introductory briefing, they gave me linen and showed me the locker room. After changing my clothes, I went out into the hall, where Tatyana was already waiting for me with a different suit. It has special pads moistened with water for better pulse conductivity.

I expected that during training there would be a slight tingling sensation, but no, on the contrary, quite pleasant sensations, more like vibration. When these impulses arrived, it was necessary to perform simple physical exercises: squats, swings, lunges, etc. There were times when the vibrations were felt too strong, then the trainer immediately reduced the load. It is also very convenient that you can increase or decrease the supply of an impulse to any muscle group. For example, I asked to increase the load on the abs and buttocks, since these are my "problem areas".

At the end of the workout, I was seated in a chair, in which I was serenely enjoying the massage.

After classes, you feel quite cheerful, on an emotional upsurge. Back home, I redid a bunch of things, although after the usual fitness it is difficult for me to get out of bed. At first I was even a little upset, thinking that there would be no effect. But by the evening I felt moderate muscle pain. I was especially pleased with the press: after classical classes in the gym, I do not feel it, but here unobtrusive, light hints of pain reminded of its existence

After class I was in for a surprise! They gave me a subscription!

Of course, it is too early to talk about the results, but at the moment everything suits me, and I will be happy to attend classes outside the project. Many people say that this is "fitness for the lazy", but I do not quite agree. Rather, it is for those who save their time and effort.

In general, girls, I advise everyone to try EMS training - a really cool thing!

EMS is electromyostimulation. For training, you need to put on a special suit with electrodes. The console sends an impulse to the generator, the generator feeds these impulses to the electrodes, with their help, active muscle contraction begins. During training, in addition to one muscle group that we work in a regular gym, all muscle zones are simultaneously activated.

In short, the differences between EMS and conventional fitness can be described in three details. Firstly, EMS training is not exhausting because it only lasts 20 minutes. Secondly, in the fitness room we work with large weights, loading the joints, working out only one muscle group, while in EMS training all muscle areas work, regardless of which zone we focus on. Thirdly, after a lesson in our studio, pain appears on the second or third day, because an important part of the workout is lymphatic drainage massage. It is done with the same impulses to stimulate lymph and blood circulation. Thus, excess lactic acid is released from the muscles, so after training, instead of pain, you feel vigor and lightness in the body.

"Fitness for the lazy" - I hear this from almost every person I talk to about EMS training. In words, it is very difficult to convey all the charms and loads of this workout. Therefore, my only advice is: "Come and feel it for yourself!"

When Lina came to the studio, she seemed to me very modest and closed, but in fact she is incredibly positive, she has a fighting spirit. I built her workout taking into account the fact that, despite her beautiful figure, she has not been involved in sports for a long time. Lina had special wishes to focus on lifting the whole body, especially to pump up the buttocks and abs. To avoid a heavy load in the first workout, I "played" with the impulses, adding or decreasing them.

I am glad that Lina came to our NewFit training session. I will be happy to wait for her in my studio again. Special thanks to her for the kind words!

Lina has a new experience. And it is clear that he does not go far beyond her comfort zone for her. Lina, in general, is a slender and beautiful girl. Fitness workout? No problem!

In addition to the main goal (to lose weight or build up), fitness training for a woman performs many other, maybe unconscious, but no less important functions! This is positive communication, "walking yourself", joining the community of "athletic and beautiful", the attention of men in a sports club, getting new sensations, etc.

All this in a complex invigorates, keeps not only the body, but also life in good shape. As a rule, the first trainings cause a lot of enthusiasm with their novelty, and the result is easier to notice at first. This is in sports, and in losing weight, and in relationships, and in work!

The decline in motivation is felt a little later, when it turns out that there is routine and stagnation in any business. This is where the personal core of a person, his will, appears. Additionally, it is found out whether a person is able to warm up his motivation himself. This is what distinguishes a child from an adult: a child follows interest and fun, an adult is able to maintain a vector even in those moments when he is "not pushed". Lina, keep it up!
