Cooking method:
Over low heat, prepare syrup from water and sugar, add spices.
Pour in wine, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Strain.
Peel the apples, cut into slices, and then crosswise into small pieces.
Cut the peeled oranges into wedges and cut like apples.
Fill a glass with fruit and pour over hot wine.
Sea buckthorn tea
Ingredients:
600 ml water
200 g sea buckthorn
2 lemon slices and 2 orange slices
1 sprig of mint
1 cinnamon stick
2 tbsp. l. honey
Cooking method:
Half the berries need to be crushed. Then add the resulting puree to the kettle and pour boiling water over it. Add the remaining berries, as well as lemon, orange, cinnamon and mint.
Wait 7 minutes until it is infused. Drinking hot is best.
Grog "Rum with butter"
Ingredients:
50 ml dark rum
2-3 pieces of refined sugar
boiled water (the amount depends on the glass or mug you choose)
butter (cut into thin slices)
Cooking method:
Put sugar in a glass. Then pour some rum and top up the glass with boiling water.
After waiting a little, put butter on top and mix all the ingredients slightly.
Ginger tea
Ingredients:
1 ginger root
1 lemon
2-3 liters of boiling water
sugar (to taste)
Cooking method:
Peel the ginger root from the top skin (like fresh potatoes, remove the top film).
Cut it into cubes.
Put in a saucepan with boiling water, squeeze out the lemon juice and cut the lemon peel into cubes, also put in the saucepan.
Add granulated sugar to taste. Let it brew a little.
Cherry punch
Ingredients:
half lemon
2 carnation buds
500 ml red wine
100 g pitted cherries
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 pinch ground cinnamon
vanillin on the tip of a knife
Cooking method:
Brew tea and cloves in a glass (with water heated to 80-90 degrees).
Cut the lemon in half.
In a bowl, mix tea, wine, half a lemon.
Add cherries, sugar, cinnamon, vanillin.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Let it brew.
Strain and serve.
Mexican hot chocolate
Ingredients:
600 ml milk
80 g brown sugar
150 g dark chocolate
2 sticks or 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
salt to taste
Cooking process:
Heat the milk, but do not let it boil, add pieces of chocolate and cinnamon.
Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Add sugar and a pinch of salt, mix everything and heat for about 2 minutes, but do not let it boil.
Add eggs and stir quickly.
Strain the chocolate through a sieve to prevent the protein pieces from getting into the drink.
Beat with a whisk for about 1 minute.
Pour the chocolate into a tall glass or mug. Serve with a cinnamon stick.
Masala tea
Ingredients:
2 cinnamon sticks
a small piece of peeled ginger root, about 5 cm
1 teaspoon allspice
cloves - 10 pcs.
cardamom - 6 pcs.
6 glasses of water
6 black tea bags (Darjeeling best)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup cane sugar
Cooking process:
Crush cinnamon, ginger, pepper, cloves and cardamom together. Add water, boil the mixture.
After boiling, reduce heat, partially cover the saucepan and lid, and keep on fire for another 10 minutes.
Then remove from heat, add tea bags and wait 5 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and add milk and sugar. After that, return the pan to the fire and hold until the sugar dissolves.
Pour into a kettle and serve hot.
